How much does a custom Cake by Caren cost?

Do you have a minimum order?
Cakes by Caren does have a minimum order of $75.00. Can you make my wedding cake?
Yes, I can. The price of your unique wedding cake starts at $3.00 per serving for buttercream and $3.50 per serving for fondant cakes.
Please note that the price per serving may change based on the flavors selected and the detail required for your one-of-a-kind cake.

When should I place my order?
The deadline for wedding cakes is one month from the date of delivery. Other cakes must be ordered within 1 week of the date of delivery.
Do you deliver?
Delivery and set-up is $30.00 for events within a 15 mile radius. Outside of the 15 mile radius, a fee of 52 Cents a mile will be added.
Pick-up is always available and we can arrange a time that is convenient for you.
What is your payment policy?
Cakes that serve less than 100 people: 100% of the payment is due within 1week of the delivery date.
Cakes that serve more than 100 people: A $50 "save the date" payment is due at the time of reservation. This guarantees your order. In addition to the "save-the-date" payment, 25% of the total order cost is due 2 months prior to your event date. The Final payment is due 30 days before your event.
When and how do I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order with cash or check.
What information do I need to place an order?

Where are the cakes made?
The cakes are baked and decorated in a fully licensed and inspected kitchen. The kitchen was inspected by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Food and Drug Protection Division.
